Incorrect window placement and phantoms for closed windows

I'm experiencing two bugs very frequently, but not consistently all the time: sometimes aerospace just seems to work normally for a while, then they appear every single time for a while. It's consistent across apps.

1. New windows (e.g., kitty "New OS Window" or Arc "New Window") are often not positioned correctly until any aerospace action is done. The windows just sit in the middle of the screen. They are not floating; e.g., moving snaps them into the grid. The aerospace action can even be changing modes with a keybind.
2. Closed windows leave an invisible "shell" that reserves space and can be focused, but has no window there, and with an id but no name in aerospace list-windows. aerospace close <id> fixes this.

This only happened recently, maybe when I upgraded to 0.20.0-Beta 1ec4234a25091225ca2442c2d37e45432dd1b347

Workaround

I found this so annoying that I wrote a script to workaround this for me every time it happens.

This can be called from a keybinding or I just brute-forced it by executing it on every focus change via

on-focus-changed = ['exec-and-forget cd; .local/bin/aerospace-fix-invisible-windows.nu']

This gets rid of both issue 1. and 2. for me.

I don't use aerospace close to close windows but the OS's naive window closing. (mainly so that Cmd-W can close tabs in my browser but windows otherwise)
