Projects as tabs in IntelliJ vs ghost windows?

Steps to reproduce:

1. In MacOS "System Setting" under "Desktop & Dock" under Windows set "Prefer tabs when opening documents" to "Always".
2. In newest IntelliJ open project A, additionally open project B and select "New Window".

Expected result: Aerospace treats tabbed projects in one IntelliJ window as one window.
Actual result: Aerospace treats the one IntelliJ windows as 2 windows, one of them is not visible (aka ghost window).
