pgadmin4 makes aerospace freeze since v.0.20.0-Beta

Steps to reproduce:

1. Having pgadmin4 installed and aerospace v0.20.0-Beta.
2. Open it.
3. Aerospace is frozen: cannot switch workpaces, pgadmin4 window seems not focused.

Expected result: Before v0.20.0-beta, pgadmin4 was working as expected (window focused etc..)
Actual result: After v0.20.0-beta, aerospace bugs.

Additional info

Closing pgadmin4 makes aerospace working again (can switch workspace).

Seems like it's linked with pgadmin4 popup that appears before the app is really started, and how aerospace handles this since this latest update.

According to your aerospace -v, you didn't restart AeroSpace.app so you didn't really update yet. Please restart AeroSpace and report back

But I can imagine this bug happening in 0.19.2 and 0.20.0 - most probably it's #1615 Hopefully, I address the issue in the next release
