How to make an app popup anywhere ?

I want to be able to use Supasidebar app to manage my bookmarks.

Currently when I toggle the sidebar, aerospace switches to the workspace where supasidebar is running in, but does not allow me to toggle the sidebar from within any of the other workspaces, I want the sidebar to show up on whichever workspace and stay on the workspace where I called it and not switch to another.

it's basically a popup, the only example I know of of similar expected behavior is raycast, where here in raycast is only stuck at one workspace.

How can I keep this app floating, unmanaged by aerospace so that it always shows up on all workspaces.

I have already this in my config :

if.app-id = 'com.supasidebar'
run = 'layout floating'

but still the same behavior happens.

Are you sure com.supasidebar is definitely the correct app ID? And did you reload AeroSpace after making the config change?

It's the ID I got from aerospace list-apps
92615 | com.supasidebar | SupaSidebar

I reloaded aerospace and even killed it and restarted it but still same problem.
I already have this disabled as well on Desktop & Dock settings :
