Window Corner Misalignment Between Workspaces

Is it normal that the top-left corner of another window appears at the bottom-right corner of the current workspace, and when I click on it, it switches to show other windows and workspaces?

This solution didn't work for me; I simply set up a virtual screen on the right using BetterDisplay, and I can't see those windows.
