Sometimes detaching Chrome Tabs yields a floating window since Tahoe

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a Chrome window in tiled mode with Aerospace
2. Drag a tab out of the window to create a new window

Expected result: The new window is tiled with the other windows
Actual result: The new window floats on top of other windows and I can't get Aerospace to recognize it

Additional info

NOTE: this doesn't happen consistently, sometimes I get the expected result and sometimes I get the actual result.

This seems to have started when I updated to MacOS Tahoe.
