I went through the guide and commands pages and couldn't find this, so I assume this feature is not available at the moment.
Description
As a user, I'd like to be able to make a specific floating window appear on all workspaces.
Use case
Outlook has its own popup window for calendar event reminders, here is how it looks like:

This is very useful to not miss an important meeting. This popup is supposed to be visible regardless of which virtual desktop is currently selected. With AeroSpace enabled, though, there's no visual notification that a meeting is about to start unless you switch to the workspace where the window appeared.
Possible solution
Add a command to make a window present in all workspaces, which can be used in on-window-detected callback.
