When using cancelUncompleted: true actionsExecuting() doesn't show the new action executing

When using cancelUncompleted: true and dispatching a nu action while one is still executing, the Store.select(actionsExecuting(...)) returns an object without the new actions executing

in that scenario that would be the expected behavior, you would need to set cancelUncompleted: false in order to have the actionsExecuting counter show 2

example

when your action is configured with cancelUncompleted: true

store.dispatch(new CancelUncompletedAction1());
snapshot = store.selectSnapshot(actionsExecuting([CancelUncompletedAction1]));
// here the counter for CancelUncompletedAction1 is 1
store.dispatch(new CancelUncompletedAction1());
snapshot = store.selectSnapshot(actionsExecuting([CancelUncompletedAction1]));
// here the counter for CancelUncompletedAction1 is still 1, since NGXS terminated the first one

when your action is configured with cancelUncompleted: false

store.dispatch(new CancelUncompletedAction1());
