vzg or vzg2 output of sopa run

Hello,

I would like to ask whether you are considering adding function to include as optional output of sopa not only xenium explorer but also .vzg or .vzg2 format for Vizgen merscope vizualizer software.

I also created a small napari updated to create ROI images from vizgen merscope v2 chemistry output that are directly compatible as input for sopa for working with bigger images. It is bit cumbersome bigger customized napari but if you would be interested considering such future functional extensions I am happy to share as template.

Tested for newest sopa nf core version and works well for cellpose, comseg,proseg and baysor
