Adding a document (odt, doc, etc.) to a markdown file creates a too small widget

Describe the bug
Adding documents via / Files results in interactive widgets that are too small to interact with them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Collectives and add a page for testing content
2. Add a document (odt or doc) from Files
3. See the widget that is too small to edit the doc

Expected behavior
The widget should either be big enough to edit the doc or it should not be allowed to add these kind of documents to a collectives page.
