Although it would be useful to make shortcuts in the app configurable in the future, this issue should be resolved by your extension. A browser extension can prevent keys from being passed to the website and should do so if it depends on this to avoid conflicts, otherwise it will repeatedly encounter issues with websites or other Nextcloud apps. |

browser image viewers; request for customizable shortcuts
Hi,
First of all, thanks for the great work on the News app — I use it every day.
I’d like to report a small but annoying usability issue:
Problem
The News app listens to the keyboard arrow keys (Left / Right).
This causes conflicts with my browser image-viewing extensions (e.g., imageViews), which rely on ← → to navigate images. When the News app is open, those extensions stop working because the News app captures the key events first.
Suggestion
It would be great if the News app could provide an option for users to customize keyboard shortcuts, or at least allow users to disable the ← → navigation keys.
This would avoid conflicts with other browser extensions and improve the overall UX.
Thanks!
