@john-2000 You may also download the file manually and put it into your Nextcloud app folder and enable the News app.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for support/feedback but the current 25.0.0-alpha2 seems not to support keyboard up & down arrows for scrolling through the articles.
Is this feature not implemented yet or is it a bug on my side?

Hello, since I updated NC to 28 and News to 25-alpha, I can't find how to enable compact view anymore. Is it because the compact mode hasn't been implemented in Vue yet? Or?
I'm asking here because I didn't find the compact view in the list of missing features in #2503

Yes the compact mode does not exist, it's not clear for me if it should/can/will be done.

For now the other things like settings are more important I would say.

Yeah, I'd say it's not a priority for the new frontend. Seeing how difficult it has proven to get even one version of the frontend working.

Always open for PRs though
