Swap A/B buttons in Moonlight UI but not in games #1137

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Platform: Steam Deck, in Game Mode.
For controller buttons, I prefer Confirm = East, Cancel = South. Seems like no combination of Steam/Moonlight settings works for me though.

Add a toggle to swap A/B for Moonlight's own UI, but not for games/apps.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Could change controls on the host PC, but then they'll be backwards when I am physically on the host PC.
