Descriptions of taxonomies in Pods are too short, what to do?

I am in the process of coverting to Pods all the Waste Picker Organizations' taxonomies. Some description to help the person filling the form do no fit

For example, for Types of members taxomy we have this long description. We might have to copy these description in the front page form when migrated.

Select if the organization is
Members are multi sector: if waste pickers and other workers in the informal economy are part of the same organization.
Members are waste picker organizations: if the organization comprises several waste pickers groups
Members are waste pickers: if the organization is formed exclusively or mostly by waste pickers
Members employ waste pickers: if waste pickers are paid by members of the organization to work for them
Potential supporters: an organization that could potentially work with or support the activity of waste pickers
Waste picker Support organization: an organization that is working to support waste pickers’ livelihoods
