Cut out commercials from a recorded TV show keyframes?

Hi. i try disabling "Keyframe cut mode" still not working and commercials stay after exporting and merging cuts. What can i du?

Disable "Keyframe cut mode" Can ignore cutting by keyframes, but not working. I want cut by frames like Avidemux.
