Copilot invoking cell in bigger ipynb [or randomly having some files open] suddenly crashes the remote host in codespace, copilot crashes

Steps to Reproduce:

Identifier github.copilot
Version 1.388.0

Identifier ms-toolsai.jupyter
Version 2025.9.1

1. Copilot is decides to invoke a cell in jupyter notebook (too big and private to share)
2. The whole remote host crashes with following logs... https://pastebin.com/tY7tyW0c

It started happening only after the jupyter was of certain size. But the crashes don't seem to be very jupyter specific. Hence reporting here.

It now seems to be happening if i just have the codespace open. Weird stuff. It might be something is being/not being activated in copilot chat maybe being the trigger?

Note sure you can get more logs but https://cautious-eureka-777vxq64vphx47r.github.dev/ was the codespace. Around time of me filing the issue - 30 minutes
