The Getting Started docs a bit unclear for monorepo with react-native

I have this tree structure

where should i run yarn add @rnx-kit/align-deps --dev? on root folder or only on pacakges/* and apps/* folder or both?

Next, generate the dependency manager configuration for your package. If your package produces a bundle, it's an app. Otherwise, it's a library.

should I add the init app in apps folder and init library in packages folder? without modify root/package.json?

or maybe init app on root is enough to cover apps and packages folder?

In general, unless stated otherwise, you can run commands from anywhere and the tool will try to do what is expected. If you run it within a package, only that package is affected. If you run it at workspace root, all workspace packages are affected.
