Use server level instructions to set up the agent with the right context

Could be a good idea to leverage this to provide some initial instructions on how to use the tools, and perhaps provide a couple of examples of usage patterns with the mcp server.

note: this might be tricky given that this server is composed of multiple different underlying services that might have different instructions.
