Fix link for Working Group Members

On our main Working Group page, under the Knowledge tab (near bottom of page), there is a link for the Steering Committee Members.

Unfortunately, this link is no longer valid. The proper link is this:

I worked with Sharon to track this down, so it should all be accurate.
