Migrate project specific pages back end to Github pages (Actions) like we did with Contributors and

Done already:
/contributors and /projects page is now fully migrated:
https://microprofile.io/contributors/
https://microprofile.io/projects/

Both pages uses Github pages respectively instead of ec2 endpoint:
https://microprofile.github.io/microprofile-site/contributors/
https://microprofile.github.io/microprofile-site/projects/

We still need to do the migration for each specific project/eclipse and unifying documentation on https://microprofile.github.io/microprofile-site/ since currently it's spare between https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-site/blob/master/docs/README.adoc and https://github.com/microprofile/microprofile-site/readme
