CMake build instructions on the "Getting Started" page

There are instructions for building with CMake in the INSTALL file but not on the website itself.

I have a branch ready with the changes, but I can't seem to push the branch to open a pull request, even though my account is in the MFEM organization on GitHub. Does anyone know what I need to do to be able to open this pull request?
