Rendering to Typst does not calculate marimo cells

I have a number of marimo cells in my .qmd file that render correctly when outputting to html or even pdf using the tinytex engine. When I try to output to typst, only the markdown appears in the pdf. Below is the frontmatter of my qmd file. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I updated utils.lua to increase scope of is_mime_sensitive() so non‑HTML formats (docx, typst, pdf, tex, beamer) trigger the static (no‑JS) path; it now checks both PANDOC_TARGET_FORMAT and the output filename. I also updated marimo-prefilter.lua so marimo blocks remain intact and the main execution filter can produce deterministic static outputs for those formats.

So far, it seems to be working, I will continue testing and follow-up if I find anything!
