--image_format when using scheme ags #98
Description
I don't see bundle as option for image_format if source data is ESRI Compact Cache. I am experimenting using ESRI ArcGIS ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro to produce tiles. Instead of my normal processes using Map Tiler Pro or Global Mapper or GDAL2TILES_Parallel.py
