feature requests: block all traffic of particular apps #496

Hi,I got some games that play ads no matter if DNS 66 is active but work fine with airplane mode enabled, so it would be really grate if you could make this page where you can exclude apps from DNS66 a three way switch, completely unfiltered, normal and completely block all / forced offline mode

PS: my old phone had a switch in the app settings where I could cut them off but my new one misses this switch and is in outer ways also pretty bad...
