The title is exactly the error text that gets logged and it comes from the slack app, that's all I know.

It has an INFO level, actually, but still seems like something that maybe shouldn't happen?

it seems that there's a HEAD request to the base / route, which only supports GET.

my guess is that this is from bots. The slack app seems to be working fine. Is this logged only after #92?
