Create github action that runs unit tests that check site and method integrity

1. Create unit tests that check all sites using known methods of paywall bypass
2. Create a github action that runs every so often that will run unit tests and make sure all known methods of bypass still work. If one fails, send a notification (maybe create an issue?)
