[Feature] block / "don't show any more videos from this account"

Some accounts post extremely annoying and repetitive videos.

It would be nice to have the option to not see any videos from that channel again while browsing the feed.

Something slightly less intense than a "block," and for videos that aren't worthy of being reported, but when you definitely know you don't want to see anything by that account again.
