Echo compiled expressions

Hi, when I use Slime and I hit C-c C-c to compile an expression (for example a defun), it pops up a small comment in the REPL showing which expression was compiled. It helps me to keep track of what I have compiled and what I haven't, so I was wondering if I can activate similar functionality in Sly. I looked at the available customizations, but I didn't see anything that seemed like what I was after.

Following code would do that for SLY (put it in your init.el in the meanwhile).
