Vanilla SetBoosted plays an animation and sound.
Memedit's SetBoosted does not (as far as I remember at least).
Memedit's SetBoosted was removed when vanilla SetBoosted was added.
There may be situations when it would be desireable to toggle boosted status without sound and animation.
Consider adding the function back in some capacity. Possibly following the same pattern as memedit's SetFrozen/SetShield with an optional no_animation flag.
