Risk Acceptance Justification

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand the purpose of the “justification” field that appears in the Risk Acceptance section under the Governance menu.

At the moment, when accepting a risk, there is no option to enter a justification, and the field also does not get populated with the justification added during the initial risk assessment. Because of this, it’s unclear how or when this field is supposed to be used.

Does anyone know:

• What is the intended purpose of the “justification” field in Risk Acceptance?
• Should it automatically pull the justification from the risk assessment, or is it meant to be editable at acceptance time?
• If it is supposed to be editable, is this a known issue or a configuration requirement?
