[Feature] Enable “Star / Rating” on Mobile (Feature-Parity with Web)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, in Immich you can enable the star rating feature in web/server settings. On the web interface you can view and set star ratings for assets. However:
On mobile, the star rating UI is missing
This creates a disconnect: users who rely on mobile review workflows can’t efficiently use star ratings.

I actually set up Immich specifically for the "star rating" feature on Android.

Is this being worked on, and can you give a rough estimate of how long the update would take? Or is it not currently planned? ;(
