Adopted new data model, immich continues to reference incorrect directories

The bug

I'm using immich on truenas - I recently moved from the "old" structure with datasets for each directory to the new structure with just /data and /postgres-data datasets, with folders underneath /data. I copied all of my data from the datasets to the folders within /data and updated the app configuration to reference the new host paths.

Right now I am only seeing a blurred thumb, when I click on it I get "Error Loading Image" and when I check the logs I get:

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, access 'upload/thumbs/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/dd/d2/ddd212a1-7337-4385-a852-3311dff5a31c-preview.jpeg'

A similar experience when trying to download the source file:

Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, access 'upload/upload/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/10/b3/10b35ef7-7dea-42a4-84a6-c7df0749b595.jpg'

Now, I went and checked my "old" structure and both of these files exist, but they exist in:

thumbs/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/dd/d2/ddd212a1-7337-4385-a852-3311dff5a31c-preview.jpeg

and

upload/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/10/b3/10b35ef7-7dea-42a4-84a6-c7df0749b595.jpg

My expectation is that immich should now be looking for these files in the following location (which is where I copied them to when changing structures):

data/thumbs/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/dd/d2/

and

data/upload/d5c1e005-ef59-49b3-9816-eec11cc46dfd/dd/d2/

Is there a way to get immich to look for them in the new data location?
