Failed server upgrade from v1.136.0 to v1.137.3

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

I have upgraded the server from v1.136.0 to v1.137.3 and after that server not starting.
Zero changes to docker/env files.
In the starting logs, i've seen a permission error of writing .immich files.
What is happen?

The OS that Immich Server is running on

I have restored a backup image and unfortunately i haven't saved the logs.
But i will upgrade again and afterthat i will post back the logs, this will be later today.

I have not touching any setting before upgrade, it is really a breaking changes this upgrade, because a backup folder must be created manually.
In my case, to have a working server again, i just added BACKUP_LOCATION in compose/env files, create backup folder and afterthat .immich file in the backup folder.
Hope this will be a help for somebody who digging in this problem.
