String fields might benefit from space stripping

Fields like template name, author, acknowledgement can have leading and trailing spaces. Stripping these spaces during new template creation and, possibly, when the existing template list is received from the backend, might be beneficial. Without it, sorting, in particular, can be unreliable or outright confusing to users.

I've made trimming strings during creating and making a copy. When it comes to the existing template list things becomes more complicated, I have to understand on which step it would be better to trim those spaces.
