spiralpower bin size dependence

Spiral power as calculated by disk.spiralpower appears to be inversely proportional to the radial bin-size. This seems like an artifact. Double check the algorithm used to calculate spiral power.

This may be due to summing spiral power along the radial direction, rather than integrating (i.e. not multiplying by dr)
