From working with NextUI and seeing the relationship to the Vercel Design System. I'm wondering if this if their official open source release

Hey @BuchananQuantum NextUI is not a Vercel project and the design system is more inspired by Vuesax & Human Interface than in the Vercel design system

I was previously bound by a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with Vercel until the announced @geist-ui/core was the public release of the infamous "Vercel Design System"....

Having reviewed @nextui-org/react extensively to find significant portions of code I've published with @geist-ui/core directly within @nextui-org/react...

• I'm wondering what it feels like to blatantly plagiarized someone else's work?

• You're actively requesting sponsors, donations and funding based on code were absolutely sure was allocated from @geist-ui/core

• Vercel's litigators couldn't believe you had the audacity to plagiarized the preliminary release, but after they went over to https://nextui.org and say you're soliciting funding based on a design system you've stolen, they assured the Geist team they'd be in touch with you pretty soon.

• Didn't you're footer use to say "Sponsored by Vercel" ? Were you claiming to be sponsored by vercel as well?

• You'd be surprised how how many initial origin files you weren't able to access and remove. Think of photo metadata...
