Feature: Switching between Virtual Desktops on Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LTSC 26100.6899

This issue is technical continuation of #86 but with the target OS being Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LTSC 26100.6899.

The goal is to obtain information appropriate for Windows 11 IOT Enterprise LTSC 26100.6899 and update the stalled previous PR Slion/VirtualDesktop#24.

Let's start with the COM IDs from the registry, copy pasting from the parent issue:

Or to be specific this
"Open regedit and export this path into a file: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface. Open the resulting reg file and search it for matches against the whole word of each interface name we need:"
you can either get the IDs yourself or just pass the file to me and I'll get them.

Looks like part of that instruction is missing from the newest readme of the library so screenshot of previous one for reference:

Once we have that I'll fix the build from Slion/VirtualDesktop#24 first and then add the new IDs + get you a test build like last time so we can verify it.

Strange the only id available is [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Interface{6D5140C1-7436-11CE-8034-00AA006009FA}]
@="IServiceProvider" all others are not in a subkey of interface

Oh that is interesting, I'll spin up my Win11 VM tomorrow and check if that might be some Win11 quirk or what. There were other Win11 versions added as supported so those IDs must be somewhere.
