Feature: Make migration workloads configureable #387
Description
General
We already had several discussions in #378 to improve the balancing decisions in general. Another aspect might be, that we can allow operators to influence to migration workloads in some smaller ways like:
- Smaller Guests first
- Quick migrations
- Might fit better into nodes from a resource point of view
- Might result in many migrations
- Bigger Guests first
- Longer and also risky migrations
- Longer impacts to other guests during migration
- Less migrations in overall
Details
As a goal, it should be configureable within the balancing chapter in the ProxLB config.
