Debian - Onboard To apt Package Manager

Similar to the Homebrew issue, it'd be nice if purr was on apt.

Things that need to happen first:

1. Apt needs to have fzf 0.40.0 or higher released.
2. Roll the osc-52 script into the main purr script so we can have one script file.

Debian APT should now have fzf 0.40.0. I haven't rolled the osc-52 script into purr, and it actually seems like that would be non-trivial, but I think that's mostly fine for now.

I should read through https://wiki.debian.org/Packaging and figure out what needs to happen for this to be correctly supported first. I wonder if the Android Tools repo would be the right place: https://wiki.debian.org/AndroidTools
