File field add error on error upload

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
yes, currently there is only 2 state on the FileEntry component/composable that is isUploading and isUploaded. i think it is also best practice if we add isUploadFailed when there is an error happening on the upload progress to handle better ui and ux. yes we can get an error from our own upload method, but there is nothing wrong on making it easier with the isUploadFailed variable right?

add new isUploadFailed variable

edit: sorry, my bad i was confused with the internal state of the useFileField. this is not possible since the internal state know nothing when the error happen
