Add dev branch changelog to installer

Description

It would be useful for users to see what changed in the dev branch by having the dev changelog in the installer too. It currently only displays the release notes for the stable releases.

I think it would be misleading to show the changelog directly for the dev version, as it is with respect to the previous stable release, whereas the vast majority of dev users are updating from previous dev versions. If we wanted something there a short commit log, or log of commits since they last updated would be useful.
