Failure to publish to NPM on pre-release

It seems that making a pre-release no longer publishes to NPM correctly due to some permission issue, likely an expired token:

Judging by the npm.yml action, our NPM_TOKEN is likely expired, since it was working for previous release candidates:

        env:
          NODE_AUTH_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.NPM_TOKEN }}

@finos-admin Would appreciate it if you could look into this! The token was set about 3 years ago and something might have changed during that time. Thanks!
