[COURSE BUG] Can't install `torchaudio` on M1 Mac with conda 4.12.0

Trying to install the conda environment with mamba env create -f environment.yml yields to the error on M1 macOS:

Encountered problems while solving.
Problem: nothing provides requested torchaudio

This seem to be related to this issue.

I recommend to install the pip version of all PyTorch dependencies. Maybe change the environment.yml pip packages to

- pip:    
  - build    
  - tensorboard    
  - pytorch-lightning    
  - torch    
  - torchvision    
  - torchaudio 

Seems to work for me

In [1]: import torch, torchvision, torchaudio

In [2]: torch.__version__
Out[2]: '1.11.0'

In [3]: torchvision.__version__
Out[3]: '0.12.0'

In [4]: torchaudio.__version__
Out[4]: '0.11.0'
