Package-Requires version is incorrect #6

Description

In erlang-ts.el you have the following line:

;; Package-Requires: ((emacs "29.2") (erlang "27.2"))

The latest emacs-erlang version is 2.8.4 as can be seen here.

This line does not mean you are checking a system's erlang installation version, it's about the erlang package itself. Because it's incorrectly specified, on my system elpaca can't install erlang-ts, seeing that the latest erlang version is 2.8.4 while the minimum requirement specified by erlang-ts is "27.2".

Should be replaced with the latest emacs-erlang version with which emacs-erlang-ts works.

Locally, I fixed it by setting the version of erlang to be the latest supported version:

(elpaca (erlang :version (lambda (_) "28.0")))

This is not an ideal solution at all, since I'm effectively hard-coding a lie about package versions into my package manager.
