Disable or warn against use of capital letters when creating a path in Tobira

When creating a path in Tobira from the Opencast admin UI, users are allow to name a path segment with an upper case, e. g. https://video.test.tobira.ethz.ch/test/pfad/testpfad/Events. This URL works, but https://video.test.tobira.ethz.ch/test/pfad/testpfad/events won't work.

This is confusing for users and should be disabled or at least come with a warning.

URLs are case-sensitive. Do you want

a) Tobira to ignore case
b) Opencast Admin UI to only allow lower case (then this is an Opencast Admin UI issue)

Thanks for your input, @mtneug! I wanted to place this here until project developers pick this up and discuss (with project stakeholders) what path to take.
