[idea] A repo contains bibtex of papers we have read

Description

There are some paper got cited pretty often (in introduction), and it's good if we can keep track of them in git instead of in buggy software like Mendeley, Google scholar works, but can't use it offline.

We already have some repos for paper reading notes, they might be a good start point
