Refactor CircularHeatmapComponent Extract D3 Logic to and Enhance Type Safety

The CircularHeatmapComponent.ts has grown to 757 lines, leading to high cognitive load and poor maintainability. It currently violates the Single Responsibility Principle by mixing Angular component lifecycle management with complex D3 SVG manipulation and data transformation.

Key Objectives

1. Move D3 rendering logic into a dedicated D3HeatmapService.
2. Eliminate the use of any types within the component for type safety.
3. Reduce the component's line count by moving D3 logic.

This is also a good improvement, @Biswas-Samrat. But it's starting to become many open tasks. And also UI improvements don't work very well in parallel with Angular upgrades.

It would be good to make a plan or a roadmap for the order of things.
