Consolidate Starlight APIs into a single space #25
Description
Right now the Starlight API docs are from different sources and authors. Although the doc team tries the best to consolidate them together, it still lacks a holistic view of the Starlight API. The background context, architecture, deployment options, etc. are not very clear to end users. It would be much useful to have a single doc space with a consolidated and consistent view of the Starlight APIs.
