Test chronyd timesync on crc with krunkit

Description

This is a follow up to: #4341
One of the issues that came up while running crc with krunkit was that it is missing the --timesync option which is present in vfkit. One option is to add makestep 1 -1 to chronyd configuration.

Expected Behavior

VM's time should remain synced with host's time even after sleep

Just adding makestep 1 -1 does not work. It takes around 7-8 mins at least to sync. We need to modify the chronyd configuration so it polls every few seconds so it updates the system time with the ntp servers by adding something like:

server 2.rhel.pool.ntp.org iburst minpoll 4 maxpoll 7

to /etc/chronyd.conf

so the time selected is between 16s to 128s.
