Stop creating driver manifest symlinks and maybe clean up existing ones #241
Description
To work around behavior in certain driver manager versions, we added a routine in dbc's install method that creates a symlink to the driver manifest in the parent folder: #102. We may eventually be able to stop creating these symlinks once we think users have fully migrated to unaffected versions of the driver manager. I'm creating in issue just as a reminder.
